Arrival
Apartments can be occupied after 2pm on your arrival date. We kindly request our guests to let us know their expected time of arrival via email. Earlier occupation can be requested; please let us know in advance, as this opportunity is only available via confirmation with the apartment.
Departure
We kindly request our guests to leave the apartment by 10am.
Pets
We regret to inform you that our apartments are pet-free. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Reservation
All reservations are communicated in a written form. In the case of any reservation, a written confirmation is expected, which the apartment will then confirm. The reservation becomes fixed only after the apartment received the deposit (reservation fee)
Children discount
In case of parents paying full price on their stay, the stay of their children is free of charge up till the age of 6, in case of them sharing the room and the double bed with their parents.
We regret to inform you that additional bed requests are not possible.
Smoking is prohibited in all apartments. Thank you for not smoking.
